Weightloss challenge...

No loss this week, I actually went up to 193.4 from last fridays 192.8, not so bad considering I overdid it last weekend ( my free Friday turned into a free Sat. and Sun. too ) and by Monday I'd gone up to 195.8. I just did more walking but didn't exercise yesterday or today --if I had then I'd prob. be back down to what I was last Friday. Oh well, no biggy, I'll lose it next week :)

sounds a bit like me, went out for an indian on friday, ate loads and then pigged out over weekend with chocolate, cakes etc.
Back to it this week, see how I go.
